At our regular board meeting on April 26th, the North Loop Neighborhood Association (NLNA) board unanimously passed a motion to consider reallocating our existing North Loop Phase II NRP funds currently allocated for a Home Improvement Loan Program (1.1.3.1) to the new YouthLink project located in the North Loop. The NLNA will hold a public hearing at its July board meeting to listen to neighborhood comment and vote on the reallocation of NRP funds.
