DESCRIPTION:Anyone who’s been to one of these can tell you\, the North Loop’s annual meeting may feel like a big party–with great prizes\, SWAG bags and free samples from North Loop businesses–but it’s also a chance to get updates on the neighborhood and weigh in on important topics. \n \nThis year’s meeting is Wednesday\, January 29th at the Underground Music Venue\, 408 Third Avenue North (one block from Target Field)\, and here’s the lineup: \n5:00 Business Social–North Loop business owners and managers are invited to share a drink and network with other business leaders from the neighborhood. \n5:30-6:30 Candidate Forum–Get to know the people who are on this year’s ballot for the North Loop Neighborhood Association board. \n6:30 Annual meeting–This is when we give out prizes\, celebrate what we accomplished in 2024 and ask you to weigh in on where our volunteers should focus their efforts in 2025. You’ll also cast your votes for the next board members (we’ll give you their info at the meeting) and city leaders be in the crowd as well. \n7:30 After Party–North Loop businesses and non-profits hand out free samples of food\, drink\, discount coupons and general information about what they do; Underground Music Venue will also have a full bar open for those who want to purchase drinks. \nSee you on the 29th!
