DESCRIPTION:The second Saturdays of months May through November are Service Saturdays. \nThe second Saturday of each month is Service Saturday. Volunteers can choose between litter pick-up and riverfront projects. \nLitter pick-up volunteers meet at 9:30 am at Corner Coffee (514 N. 3rd St.). Trash bags\, gloves and garbage grabbers are provided\, but you can bring your own gloves and grabbers if you have them. Time commitment: About an hour. \nRiverfront volunteers meet at 9:30 am at the playground (4th Ave. and West River Parkway) and focus on a specific project each month. In June\, volunteers will spread mulch around the trees\, bushes and flowers surrounding the playground. Tools\, gloves and water are provided. Time commitment: About 90 minutes.

Volunteers can choose between litter pick-up and riverfront projects. \nLitter pick-up volunteers meet at 9:30 am at Corner Coffee (514 N. 3rd St.). Trash bags\, gloves and garbage grabbers are provided\, but you can bring your own gloves and grabbers if you have them. Time commitment: About an hour. \nRiverfront volunteers meet at 9:30 am at the playground (4th Ave. and West River Parkway) and focus on a specific project each month. In July\, volunteers will tackle clearing out litter and invasive species around the Bassett Creek outlet basin. Tools\, gloves and water are provided. Time commitment: About 90 minutes.

Trash bags\, gloves and garbage grabbers are provided\, but you can bring your own gloves and grabbers if you have them. \nRiverfront volunteers meet at 9:30 am at the playground (4th Ave. and West River Parkway) and focus on a specific project each month. In August\, volunteers will tackle clearing out invasive species along the North forest area\, along with the North and Central riverbank areas. Tools\, gloves and water are provided.
