Best known for being the creator of Minneapolis Marinara, Chef Duran is bringing his creativity and expertise to the Galley by bringing a first-rate take on beloved classics. Chef Duran is doing an eclectic menu with a ton of different options, like smash burgers, mac n cheese, ricotta wontons, and rigatoni & meatballs featuring Chef Duran’s famous marinara.

The newest kitchen concept at North Loop Galley is Ottimo, an eclectic new addition from Duran Ross who spent 12 years as a sous chef for the Minnesota Twins at Target Field. This is the first place he can call his own.
