The maverick restaurant, located at 119 Washington Av. N. (that’s founding chef Landon Schoenefeld in the restaurant’s beauty of a bar, shortly after the place opened, in a 2010 Star Tribune file photo) was known for its playful, contemporary takes on classic favorites: pork and beans, mac-and-cheese and, of course, Tater Tot hot dish, as well as one of the city’s more adventurous brunches and a talked-about burger.
