Check Out North Loop Green’s New High-Level Amenities
For those who’ve wondered about the exceptionally high skybridge connecting the two new towers of North Loop Green, there’s a simple reason it’s 18 stories up.
The 18th floor is where you’ll find many of the exclusive amenities enjoyed by those who live and work in each tower.
For example, all the terrace seating with views of the Minneapolis skyline and Target Field.
In the 18th floor community pub room, several TVs show the game as tenants watch from the balcony or several rows of indoor seats.
There are spacious fitness facilities with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the North Loop neighborhood.
Besides the areas for strength and aerobic training, there’s a spa and steam room as well as a golf simulator.
There are several co-working or work-from-home spaces for tenants to use on the 18th floor.
The outdoor pool has lots of comfortable seating for relaxing, reading or catching some sun.
And all of these amenities are open to those who live in the residential tower, work in the office tower, or stay in the short-term vacation rentals.
But at the top of the residential tower, another community space on the 34th floor is reserved just for those with monthly leases in the residential tower.
This area has an open-air patio with a fire pit and stunning views of the Minneapolis skyline and Target Field.
The residential tower is already more than 50% leased. There are studio apartments as well as one, two and three-bedroom units still available, running anywhere from $1,495 to $6,990 a month, as of this writing.
You can find information on monthly rates and square footage options here.
