Council Member Frey,
This month, Public Works is kicking off engagement for two related projects in the North Loop. North Loop Paving will completely reconstruct five streets between the I-94 viaduct and Washington Ave N. North Loop Pedestrian Improvements will make pedestrian crossing and accessibility improvements at over a dozen intersection throughout the area. We will be meeting with several organizations including the North Loop Neighborhood and 2020 Partners to gather project feedback over the coming week and months. Additionally, there will be upcoming public open house dates at the Downtown Central Library:
