Public Hearing Notice: North Loop Paving Project

Adam Hayow with the City of Minneapolis Public Works Department has applied for a Certificate of Appropriateness application for the reconstruction of 5th Avenue North, 7th Avenue North, 8th Avenue North, 9th Avenue North and North 3rd Street, located in the Minneapolis Warehouse Historic District. The Certificate of Appropriateness application process is described in Chapter 599, Article VI of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances: https://www.municode.com/library/MN/Minneapolis.
The Heritage Preservation Commission will meet on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at 4:30 p.m., in Room 317 City Hall, 350 South 5th Street, Minneapolis, MN. Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Planning Department staff will issue a recommendation to the Heritage Preservation Commission. After hearing from the public, the Heritage Preservation Commission will make a determination based on required legal findings of fact.

In accordance with the Preservation Ordinance, all property owners within 350 feet of the subject property are notified of this public hearing.
