Enjoy a host of activities at the oldest public wildflower garden in the U.S.

Admire the current star of Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden: the Showy Lady’s-Slipper!

Activities themed around Minnesota’s beloved state flower include:
- Lady’s-Slipper viewing
- Poster-making with artists using La Luchadora, a paleta-inspired cart with an interactive mobile screen print (10 am to 2 pm)
- Outdoor painting demonstrations
- Nature Quest with prizes

Storytime and garden walk with Phyllis Root, author of “Searching for Minnesota’s Native Wildflowers” and “Plant a Pocket of Prairie” (10 am and 11 am)
