New Taproom Opening This Week
In a neighborhood that already features several popular taprooms, the North Loop is getting a new one this week. But unlike Fulton, Inbound and Modist, the new ONE Fermentary and Taproom will offer wine and cocktails in addition to the beers it brews on-site.
That’s because ONE is officially a brewpub rather than a brewery. That means it won’t be making beer for distribution in its 10-barrel brewhouse. That distinction allows it to serve wine along with craft cocktails from Tattersall—plus it will have a more extensive food service than you typically get from food trucks at other taprooms.
The grand opening is this Saturday, November 16th, but the soft openings have already begun.
ONE is located next to Number 12 Cider at 618 North 5th Street.
