Trapped Puzzle Rooms was founded in 2015 by Karen and Jamie Fassett-Carman, a mother-son team who wanted to share their love of puzzles, games, and mysteries with their hometown. In the last five years, we’ve opened fourteen unique escape rooms in Minneapolis and St. Paul, as well as created fun puzzle experiences for schools, conventions, corporate parties, and much more.

All our escape rooms are designed and constructed in-house by our inimitable build team, consisting of Gabe Gomez (Artistic Director), Amy Pirkl (Project Manager) and Kyler Chase (Master Carpenter), along with Karen and Jamie themselves. We strive to continually raise the bar for escape rooms and puzzle entertainment in the Twin Cities, and we hope you enjoy the results of that effort!
