Big New Changes Coming To Graze In 2025

The Minnesota Star Tribune is reporting that the creative team at Travail is taking over operations at Graze and bringing some exciting new concept kitchens in 2025.

It will be known as Graze Food Hall by Travail (dropping the “Provisions and Libations” from the name), and include a new thin-crust pizza option, Wrad, from the folks who’ve brought us Wrecktangle thick-crust pizza as well as Wrap.

Travail will reportedly open a salad spot, Graze on the Greens, with a spritz bar from Meteor Bar’s Robb Jones, and the owners of the acclaimed Oro by Nixta in Northeast will open Tixtli by Nixta.

Travail’s owners told the Star Tribune they want to strengthen their neighborhood focus with more events and pop-ups.
