Doggone Cute: New Veterinary Clinic to Host Dog Costume Parade

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – A plethora of pets in Halloween costumes will provide a colorful city spectacle. The first annual ‘Dog Costume Parade’ (also known as ‘Dogsquatch’) is hosted by the newest veterinary clinic in Minneapolis’ North Loop, Modern Love.

The free parade walk, on Saturday, October 21st at 2 p.m., will start outside the clinic, 213 North 5th Avenue. Dog owners with pups in perky apparel will gather for a walk around the neighborhood and a chance to connect with other pet owners. There will be no winners or losers.

Modern Love opened in September 2017. The clinic’s philosophy centers around modern veterinary medicine in a “Fear Free” environment. Besides employing the latest care, methods and techniques, the clinic offers acupuncture.

This event is open to the public and kid friendly. No registration is necessary.Bring thy Costumed dogs!! It’s absolutely FREE. Let us walk and be weird (well, for about 30 minutes). We’re all meeting at Modern Love Veterinary at 2pm, Saturday October 21st. We’ll do a little connecting. Giggling. Take some pictures. Strut our stuff for a few blocks. Then return to our normal, humble lives. See you all there!!
