2018 Hot Dash 5K and 10 Mile

Kick off your running season with 1500 ESPN at Twin Cities in Motion’s Hot Dash 5K and 10 Mile on Saturday, March 24th! The 5K begins at 8:45am and the 10-mile begins at 9:15am.
Bring your lumberjack best to this Minnesota themed event that features a top 10 US post race beer garden, live DJ, photo booth and activities for all ages – plus hotdish and beer from Summit Brewing Co.
Registration is now open, and all runners will receive a Storm Creek long-sleeve 1/4 zip technical pullover.
