Here is Heidi’s description: “Vinyasa yoga focuses on linking breath and movement while working to increase strength, flexibility and balance. Beginners are welcome! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water.”
We’ll have a Bible study in the lounge area afterwards but there’s no expectation for yoga-goers to stay). Heidi does a wonderful job of introducing things at a manageable pace without being too slow for more seasoned practitioners.
