Purpose:  To gather public opinion and solicit comments regarding the application from The Fillmore for an On-Sale Liquor with Sunday Sales License, Class A.  If approved, they intend to operate a theater that also provides food, liquor, wine and beer.  The proposed licensed premises will have a seating capacity for 2500 people and include an outdoor patio with seating for 52 people.

Nature of Entertainment:  The Class “A” License permits all legal forms of entertainment. This may include the following; live music and singing without limiting the number of musicians or singers or the type of amplification, dancing and singing by patrons, disc jockey services, stage shows, skits, vaudeville, theater, contests, dancing by employees or agents of the licensee and patron participation.  This application does not included adult entertainment.

Off Street Parking:  The Zoning Department requires zero off-street parking spaces for this use.  There are approximately 39 underground parking spaces.
