Public Hearing – 729 Washington Avenue North

John Braun, on behalf of the Herschel Lofts Homeowners Association, appealed the Heritage Preservation Commission’s decision approving a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow for the construction of a new, 10-story, mixed-use building at 729 Washington Avenue North, 701-729 ½ Washington Avenue North, 722-728 3rd Street North, 425 ½ 8th Avenue North, and 250 ½ 7th Avenue North
This matter will receive an additional public hearing before the Zoning and Planning Committee of the Minneapolis City Council on Thursday, January 19, 2017, at 9:30 AM in Room 317 City Hall, 350 S 5th St. You are invited to attend and be heard.
