NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
Elizabeth Gales with Hess, Roise and Company, on behalf of Duffey Cedar Property Owner LLC, has submitted a Certificate of Appropriateness application to rehabilitate the existing buildings on the site and add rooftop additions at 500, 506 and 528 Washington Ave N in the Minneapolis Warehouse Historic District.

The Heritage Preservation Commission will meet on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at 4:30 p.m., in Room 317 City Hall, 350 S 5th St, Minneapolis, MN. lnterested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Planning Department staff will issue a recommendation to the Heritage Preservation Commission. After hearing from the public, the Heritage Preservation Commission will make a determination based on required legal findings of fact.
