The brewery, which has welcomed Minnesota Twins fans and other guests over the past week, is located at 505 3rd St. N.

Modist is currently serving its simple Calibration, Toats (a hoppy oat session ale) and Phresh (a fruity gateway sour) beers. The brewery is planning to serve two more flagship beers.

In the same neighborhood, North Loop BrewCo (formerly Lucid Brewing) will officially open its own brewery and taproom at 701 N. 5th St. over the weekend of April 22-24.

The taproom, dubbed Inbound Brewco, is planning an opening weekend of live music and food trucks.
