Jeremiah Smith, on behalf of Mark Heffron, has filed the following land use applications for the property located at 608 3rd St N; 618 3rd St N; 246 7th Ave N:
- Conditional use permit for a new Planned Unit Development.
- Site plan review for the adaptive reuse of two existing historic buildings and the construction of a new five-story mixed use building with a total of 345 dwelling units and approximately 30,000 square feet of commercial space.
- Preliminary and final plat
The City Planning Commission will meet on Monday, October 4, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. During the declared local public health emergency, Minneapolis has transitioned to an electronic format for its public meetings and hearings, authorized under Minn. Stat. Section 13D.021, to minimize the risk of exposure to or potential spread of COVID-19.
