New Cannabis Boutique Is Officially Open On Washington Avenue
While their big grand opening celebration is still a week away, brothers Adam and David Hoffman have opened the doors of SweetLeaves for a soft opening this week at 905 North Washington, next to Spyhouse Coffee.
At the outset, they’re selling edibles, CBD products, beverages and accessories, but they intend to also become the neighborhood’s first recreational marijuana dispensary when the state begins issuing licenses, probably in 2025. They also have art on display that’s for sale.
“We’re looking forward to meeting everybody,” David said. “We’ve got some awesome products and an awesome team ready to help be a part of it.”
For their grand opening on Thursday, May 23rd, they’ll have a DJ. And then on Memorial Day, May 27th, they’ll have a hot dog cart, giving away 300 hot dogs from 11am to 1pm as Twins fans are headed to an afternoon game at Target Field.
“Stop into SweetLeaves to say hi and maybe get high as well,” Adam said.
