North Loop Boutique Reopens In New Space
After three years of sharing space in D.NOLO, which owner Libby Coyne says was “more successful than I even imagined,” her Requisite women’s boutique is now open in a larger space all its own, just around the corner and down the block.
The new shop is in a historic building at 211 Washington Avenue North, next to MitreBox Framing.
“It’s kind of my dream come true, actually,” said Coyne. “It’s a beautiful retail space and I can grow into the lower level but also use that for creative space, events and art shows.”
As she searched for a larger space earlier this year, Coyne said she felt compelled to stay close by. “So many people come down for me and support me in the North Loop that I had to stay in this neighborhood,” she said.
