Red Bull Bringing Big Breakdancing Competition To North Loop
At the upcoming Red Bull BC One competition on Saturday, March 29th, fans will not only get to see some of the top breakdancers (also known as “breakers”) in the world, they’ll also get a peek inside the new immersive entertainment venue, Royalston Square, in the North Loop.

This is a qualifying event, known as a Cypher, in which the winners get to move on to the national finals in Denver this May, ultimately hoping to win a spot in the world competition in Tokyo in November.

Red Bull has invited competitors from around the U.S. to compete at the Minneapolis event, but they’re also opening it up for others to get a shot by taking part in preliminaries the night before. Those interested should register here.
Tickets to the Saturday night event are $10 and can be purchased here. Doors open at 6pm with the main event beginning at 7.
