Spoon And Stable Unveils Refreshed Interior Spaces

One of Minnesota’s most celebrated restaurants, Spoon and Stable, is back open after taking a break for a bit of a facelift as it approaches its 10th anniversary in the North Loop.

Most of the changes are subtle–a slightly warmer tone of paint, new wood flooring and area rug, updated furniture and lighting–but spokesperson Heather Barbod said they add up to a more refined and modernized experience for guests while also adding functionality for the Spoon and Stable team.

“Changes that might largely go unnoticed by guests took over two weeks to implement with plans that have been underway for months,” she said.

The most noticeable updates are to the bar, where the cabinets now have a warmer tone along with metal mesh and opaque glass finishes along with new oversized floral arrangements.

Tables and barstools throughout the space were refinished for a polished look. New chairs have the same design as the original but with updated fabrics and finishes.

Spoon and Stable will celebrate its 10th anniversary in the North Loop this November.
