Stay in the Loop

Two More Companies Moving To North Loop Office Tower

Exciting news for the Steelman Exchange building on 5th Avenue North, with two companies planning to move there in early 2025, according to an article in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

A prominent street-level space that’s been vacant since the building opened in 2019 will be filled by a social media marketing agency, The Social Lights, and the new space will be designed by a North Loop firm, Studio BV, according to the article, which said the company’s lease begins January 1st.

Also, JP Morgan Chase becomes the latest financial services firm to move its offices out of downtown Minneapolis and into the North Loop. The MSPJ article says the company will move in next spring, taking up 30,000 square feet on the 9th floor.

For The Social Lights, it’s a shorter move. The company has been leasing space a few blocks away in the Nordic Tower.
