Two New Businesses Moving Into 1st Avenue Building
It’s been a busy several weeks for construction crews and delivery drivers along First Avenue North near Billy Sushi as a dental clinic and a fitness studio both build out brand new spaces in the upper floors of the building next door.
The Holger Dental Group, opening on the 2nd floor March 10th, and Rêve Studios, opening on the 3rd floor March 14th, each got their starts in the west metro but decided this would be a great place to expand.
“I wanted to create a facility for the community in Minneapolis that matches what we have done for 13 years in Minnetonka and the only way to do that was to move into a neighborhood, community, and building where we can make that happen,” said Dr. Holger Meiser.
Among the services they’ll provide: General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Aligner Orthodontic Treatment, Veneers, Implants, All on X Fixed Implant Bridges, Oral Surgery, Gum contouring and grafting, Periodontal Therapy, Emergency dental services, Botox & Injectables, Whitening, Routine wellness checkups and cleanings.
Rêve Studios is expanding from its original location in Wayzata, offering reformer pilates and treadmill conditioning options.
On their Instagram account, company founders Aspen King and Molly Hanten-Tomaszewski said the demand was so high with their first location, they quickly started scouting out second locations–and many people were requesting a North Loop studio.
“We’re very intuitive people, and we’re always like, our guts are telling us to go this way,” they said.
Both businesses are opening at 120 First Avenue North.
