A new two-story commercial building with 14,139 square feet of gross floor area is proposed to be constructed on top of the underground parking ramp located at 525 3rd Ave N. The building would be used as a food and beverage hall. The building would include six kitchen spaces, two indoor dining spaces, two bars, a first-level coffee bar with walk-up window access from 4th St N, a large landscaped yard and patio along 5th Ave N, and a rooftop patio of 3,097 square feet. There is no vehicle parking or loading proposed for the site. Twenty-one bicycle parking stalls are proposed.
