Solhem Cos. proposes apartments for historic Security Warehouse

The historic Security Warehouse building in the North Loop dates to the mid-1880s. Now used for offices, a plan from Minneapolis-based Solhem Cos. would convert most of the building to 49 market-rate apartments.
