Bar La Grassa, Snack Bar Bringing Indoor Dining Back

The long wait is nearly over for those who’ve been longing to be back inside Bar La Grassa–and its counterpart restaurant, Snack Bar, just across the hall in the TractorWorks building.
Both are now taking reservations for indoor seating starting June 1st. It will be the first time guests will be allowed in for indoor dining since the start of the pandemic more than a year ago. Both have been offering takeout for the past few weeks as they ease back into business.
In an interview with Jason DeRusha in Minnesota Monthly magazine, owner Isaac Becker said the two restaurants will start out with Tuesday-Saturday reservations but will eventually return to seven-day-a-week service.
