Core Goes “Withn”
Core Lifestyle Clinic is now Withn Chiropractic and Wellness, a re-branding that reflects the “whole person” approach to health, according to co-owners Dr. Taylor Meyers and Dr. Emily Dahl. “It makes sense in a way that allows the person to feel that they can create wholeness, within them,” said Dr. Dahl.

The chiropractic space at Withn features greenery and natural light to create a relaxed and healing environment.
The missing “i” in the new name reflects the patient, explained Dr. Meyers. “You are coming in as ‘I’ to work on your healing.”
A One-Stop Healing Place
Withn offers services that complement chiropractic care, designed to relieve stress, reduce and eliminate pain, recover from injury and maintain good overall health. “We realize that what our patients need most is a multifactorial approach, instead of just seeing one avenue of healing,” said Dr. Dahl. “Our bodies are multi-faceted, so it’s looking at the structure but also looking at the things that make that work.” Services include physical therapy, several types of massage, a sauna and cold plunge.
“It’s nice to be able to have all of those things in one place where we can all work together on a patient’s care,” said Dr. Meyers. ” You can get everything you need for your healing journey.”

The name “Withn” also represents a transition to a gentler approach to healing. “It’s a softness, versus that hard ‘I’m gonna fix it’ approach,” said Dr. Meyers. “It’s going with the flow of your body and listening to yourself. That’s where the healing starts. It comes from within.”
The North Loop Energy
Both doctors agree their approach is a perfect fit for the North Loop. “There’s just amazing energy [in North Loop] where everybody is out and about and very neighborly,” said Dr. Meyers. “And it aligns really well with what we do.”
“People here have such an excitement for keeping their body moving so that they can do the things they want to do,” added Dr. Dahl. “They want to make sure their life can stay the way that they like to live, and that feels very intentional in the North Loop.”
Business and Real-Life Partnership
Dr. Meyers says she knew at age 17 that she would own her own business someday. “I had this job when I was in my first year of college and I was like, yeah, no, I don’t want anyone telling me what to do,” recalled Dr. Meyers with a laugh.
The re-branding from Core represents an ownership change that happened in 2023, when Drs. Meyers and Dahl became owners of the North Loop location. Core Lifestyle Clinic locations in Uptown and Plymouth have different owners and will keep the Core name and branding.
The doctors aren’t just business partners, they’re married to each other. “There’s no one I’d rather own a business with,” said Dr. Meyers.
