Numa Psychotherapy

We provide individual, couples, and family therapy; in office and virtual appointments are offered. We accept all major insurance plans except United Healthcare et al. (Optum, Medica, UMR, UBH).

At Numa Psychotherapy, we believe that therapeutic growth begins when we work to become aware of our pain and our responses to that pain, both functional and dysfunctional. Throughout our lives, we develop a set of conscious and unconscious skills that allow us to cope with our internal and external environments. By increasing awareness of our own conscious and unconscious processes, we are able to create new patterns that promote congruence and wholeness.
