Here’s an update on the Downtown Service Area Master Plan (DSAMP). System-wide capital improvements, management, and operations of city-center public parks, and envision and identify new park and recreation opportunities.
We’ve compiled all the public comments from the 45-day comment period, updated the plan, and will hold a two-part public hearing:
November 15th, 6:00pm at MPRB HQ
and it will continue (be held over) to the November 29th meeting as well, starting at 6:45pm at HQ
Basically this means folks can come to either or both meetings to comment on the updated DSAMP plan.
At the 15th the Planning Committee will review it and vote.
At the 29th the full Board will review and vote.
The updated plan and related documents will be available on the project webpage starting the Friday before the board meeting.
Our communications staff will be sending out information this Friday per the community engagement notification policy.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help spread the word.
Best regards,
Colleen
