Safety & Self Defense Workshop

The North Loop Neighborhood Association (NLNA) will team up with the Downtown Minneapolis Neighborhood Association (DMNA) for another self defense class on Saturday, June 24, on the ‘great lawn’ at Target Field.
The workshop will run 10 a.m.-11:30 am and will be led by Renee Allen of MPD and Gail and Dante of Krav Maga. It’s a martial arts approach that focuses on real-world situations. It’s an easily adaptable training, applicable to all ages and physical conditioning.
