SATURDAY, JUNE 21ST
Modist Brewing is hosting a series of Pride-related events this month, including a self-defense class with Beach Martial Arts on June 21st with safety tips specific to the LGBTQIA+ communities. Admission is $25 with a portion of the proceeds benefitting The Trevor Project.
Modist is also hosting DJ-in-residence Kayla Elsewhere on Saturdays this month from 2-6pm, and selling Pride themed merchandise all month long.
MONDAY, JUNE 23RD
The Nordic Plaza at 729 North Washington will get a lot more colorful starting June 23rd as chalk will be available all week long for those wanting to get a little creative.
