Stay in the Loop

New Winery’s Delivery Truck Will Be Here Friday

Like so many other things these days, the opening of the new AxeBridge Winery in the North Loop will be delayed.

But the owners are taking orders now for wine to be delivered this Friday, so people in the area get an early sampling. Aaron and Ashley Schram will have their delivery truck in the North Loop on March 27th between 3-5 PM loaded with bottles ordered online between now and 8 AM Friday.

In an Instagram post, the Schrams wrote that while their winery in Waconia, Schram Vineyards, is closed, their wine production teams are still working. Eventually, all the winemaking for AxeBridge will be done in the facility being renovated at 411 North Washington Avenue.

“We’ve been thinking of our North Loop neighbors these past several weeks,” they wrote, “and while we are not there yet to even wave hello from the sidewalk, we have faith that we will when the time is right.”
