North Loop Open House June 13
Ever wondered what it’s like to live inside all those condo or apartment buildings you walk by every day? Well, now’s your chance to explore! Open Loop takes place on Saturday, June 13 from Noon to 3pm.
The North Loop Neighborhood Association (NLNA) has invited all Realtors who have North Loop condo listings to have an Open House all at the same time on the same day. Most North Loop apartment leasing offices are open every Saturday too, making it a great opportunity for residents thinking of making a move within the neighborhood, as well as visitors who are curious about North Loop.
This isn’t the first time the NLNA has organized an event like this. Back in 2013, the NLNA hosted an event called Explore the North Loop, inviting condo owners, Realtors and apartment communities to open their doors, recalls Scott Woller, longtime NLNA board member and owner of Corner Coffee. “Now, in 2026, we’re once again inviting people to step inside and discover why North Loop is one of the most vibrant places to live in our city.”
“From my perspective, the North Loop continues to be one of the strongest lifestyle neighborhoods in Minneapolis,” said Joe Grunnet, broker/owner of DRG Mpls. “Because people aren’t just buying a home here, they’re buying into a community.”
Details on specific listings will be available June 10.
“It’s your chance to experience firsthand that North Loop is thriving, growing and ready to welcome you as a neighbor,” said Woller.
