Making the North Loop a better place to Live. Work. Play.

The North Loop Neighborhood Association, in partnership with MNDOT, City of Minneapolis, Beniek Landscaping, Xcel, Opus and First Service Residential working together to make our neighborhood greener and more beautiful.

Thanks to this collaborative effort and, we’ve started on our improvements at the corner of N Washington and N 3rd Ave. The 1 acre site has been fully trimmed, reseeded, planting beds installed and extensive brush removal performed. This weekend numerous volunteers will be planting 100 shrubs and 14 trees.
