Two New Fast Casual Restaurants Coming To Duffey
From the same health-conscious company that brought us the very popular Crisp & Green, we’re about to get a new Paco & Lime and Stalk & Spade just a half-block away.
According to the Development Tracker website, Paco & Lime Mexican Kitchen has signed leasing documents to open up later this year in the newly-completed Duffey Lofts at 6th and Washington.
Paco & Lime’s website says the fast casual restaurant is committed to “inspiring wellness and paving a path for individuals to live a better life.” Its menu will feature tacos, nachos, burritos (some of them plant-based) along with margaritas.
Stalk & Spade will offer plant-based burgers, wraps, fries and frozen treats among other items when it opens on the other side of the hall later in early September.
A coffee shop is also set to open in the coming weeks in The Duffey’s lobby.
