Modist Brewing Fundraiser for One of Their Own

From Modist Brewing:

A few weeks ago, our beloved beertender, DJ, and resident Pokémon aficionado, Deekz, unfortunately had to undergo major surgery and was later diagnosed with Ovarian cancer. As we all know, medical bills and loss of the ability to work are two immediate and tangible impacts on people going through cancer treatment. And Deekz may be out for 6 months or more.

So in an effort to provide immediate and impactful aid to one of our own, we will be throwing them a fundraising barnburner on Friday, February 13, from 5-11 pm. With some of the best local DJs handpicked by Deekz, this is a great opportunity to shake that ass while raising money for a member of our community.

The details are still evolving as we work with our local partners, but there will be multiple ways to donate/contribute even if you can’t make it to the event itself. But for now, block your calendar to be here.
