Iron Store, LLC has submitted the following land use applications to allow construction of an approximately 1,300 square-foot addition to the existing building located at 20 2nd St N, and to allow the conversion of the building to a mixed-use building containing 13 dwelling units and approximately 8,200 square feet of retail space:

• Variance to reduce the minimum width of a drive aisle
• Site plan review.
