Holidazzle Santa, Performers, Vendors Coming To Fulton Taproom

Just weeks after the disappointing news that Holidazzle in Loring Park was canceled for 2023, Fulton Beer has stepped forward with a surprise gift to the community. They’ve lined up some of the Holidazzle vendors and performers to take turns appearing at their North Loop taproom between December 14-17.

They’re calling it Minni Dazzle.

“We had been the beer partner at Holidazzle for, I want to say eight of the last ten years,” said Holly Manthei, VP of Marketing for Fulton. “So we approached (the Downtown Council) and said ‘hey, we’d still love to be able to be part of something on some scale.’”

From carolers to craftspeople to trapeze artists, Fulton will offer four days of holiday-themed entertainment inside as well as outside on their patio with fire pits (weather permitting).

“We’ll have the Santa who was at Holidazzle,” said Manthei, “we’re doing holiday-themed trivia, we’re going to have a cappella choir performances, indoor workouts.”

The real event is expected to return next year in Loring Park but Fulton is excited to provide this stopgap experience.

“The consensus is that everyone is still eager to be part of something,” Manthei said. “And while this is not meaning to be any kind of replacement for Holidazzle, it’s sort of a way to keep the spirit of that event alive. Kind of a mini dose of dazzle.”

Santa will be there Friday the 15th and Saturday the 16th, 5-7pm. The trapeze artists will have shows at 7 and 8 on Friday the 15th.
