New Music Festival Coming To 3rd Avenue North
A brand new music festival, North By North Loop, is coming to 3rd Avenue North (the area in front of Monte Carlo, MartinPatrick3, etc.) on September 10th, 11am-6pm. Its two main sponsors are The Hewing Hotel and Digineer.
The street will be closed to vehicles between Washington Avenue and 2nd Street North for what’s being called “a one of a kind concert that celebrates the North Loop, music, and the artists who create the soundscape of our city.”
Seven artists are scheduled to appear on two stages: Lissie, Ber, Chastity Brown, Nur-D, Turn Turn Turn, Honeybutter and Mike Kota.
Food and beverage sales will be provided by the Hewing Hotel as well as a food truck. General admission tickets are available through EventBrite for $40.
