New Ramen Stand Coming To North Loop Galley

In a neighborhood that’s already a hot destination for high-end sushi, kaiseki and sake, we’re about to add a more casual Japanese experience: noodles.
Ramen Kawae will open in the North Loop Galley in the coming weeks. On its social media pages, it describes itself as “a little noodle shop emerged out of a desire to keep pushing the creativity of Japanese cuisine.”
Kawae will join Ono Hawaiian Plates, Wrecktangle Pizza and MB Foodhouse as the four food vendors in the Galley.
Grand opening for the new ramen stand is set for July 5th, but you can expect a soft opening in the next few weeks.
