North Loop Poster Highlights Area Attractions

It started out as a creative gift for his brother-in-law, who’s always talking about his pride and enthusiasm for the North Loop. But now, Pete Sandvik is making his poster available to others who want to display their own pride through his art.

The 11”X17” poster includes symbols of the bars, restaurants, recreational activities and historic warehouses in the neighborhood, as well as Target Field, the Farmers Market and our new Welcome Monument.

“The perspective is really wacky,” he said, “but I needed to get everything in there.”

Sandvik is a technical illustrator working primarily in the medical tech world, but he enjoys doing occasional side projects like this. His brother-in-law, David Crary, is a board member with the North Loop Neighborhood Association.

The poster is for sale online for $20.
