Stay in the Loop

You’re Invited! Halloween at the Green

Who needs a red carpet when an orange carpet will do?

The NLNA’s 7th Annual Halloween party is set for Oct. 31, complete with a Costume Contest for kiddos, grown-ups and pets strutting their costumed stuff down the orange carpet, making this the cutest neighborhood event of the year.

In addition to the Costume Contest, visitors will enjoy music, dancing, balloon artistry, a photo wall, pumpkin decorating and more giveaways. After the contest, a Scooby-Doo movie will play on North Loop Green’s Big Screen for all to enjoy.

Visitors will enjoy this 2002 Scooby-Doo movie, starting around 7:15pm.

“Here in the North Loop, we’re known for amazing restaurants, bars, breweries, shops, workspaces, and homes. But what truly makes this neighborhood special is the people,” said Scott Woller, NLNA Board Member. “Some of the coolest among them are the families—both those with children and those with four-legged kiddos. That’s why the heart behind events like our Halloween Party, hosted by the North Loop Neighborhood Association, is all about bringing families together and celebrating the vital role they play in our community.”

The NLNA is grateful to North Loop Green for donating its beautiful space for this popular annual event, as well as covering the licensing fee for the movie. Festivities begin at 6pm and will end when the movie finishes around 8:45pm.
